Perfect Power Problem

11 Feb

Another interesting addition to the flexible learning space I work in are the round lids in the carpet that slide open to reveal a series of power sockets. Perfect and convenient for students working with laptops anywhere in the space that require a charge. Late last year we discovered that the power sockets are rather close to the base of the small chambers. We also realised that all our MAC books have lovely large power plugs that are too
big to fit into the sockets!
I see it as a simple mistake but a major problem.
Today’s entry is my first simple attempt with Strip Designer. A great app! Thanks @mrpbps

Are you able to bulk buy new cables from Apple? I’ll bet they’d be supportive.

Hi Judith,Thanks for the comment. I agree, I’m sure Apple would be supportive in that way. But on Monday I’m going on a search to see if we have the extension cords that come with them. I didn’t order our MACS so I’m unsure at this point.Rick
